Yukihiro Kaneuchi likes the conic shape of the sand sculptures so he managed to create his own vases.

A new edition of Sand vases from Japanese designer Yukihiro Kaneuchi looks everything but boring.

The idea behind each vase is to hold a single flower in the middle of the conic shape vase.

Each vase is handcrafted and individually numbered. All the vases are made from ABS plastic that is used comes from discarded off-cut pieces from a local London fabricator.

What I like the most about these vases, is the fact they are not only cute and awesome, but functional and at the same time incredibly playful.
